KILOMETERS FOR QUITO
This year our annual fundraiser will look a little different! We’re organizing two Fun Runs to raise $50,000 for Amor y Esperanza, so mark your calendar:
Whitefield Academy – Saturday, August 16th at 4 PM
Trinity Anglican – Tuesday, August 19th at 5 PM
We are excited that Pancho and Pitty will be at both events, casting vision for the next school year and sharing how God has used your generosity to impact so many lives. Adult registration will be $100 and student registration will be $25, all fully tax deductible, and includes an awesome T-shirt. These fees go toward meeting our $50k KM4Q goal, so we encourage as many supporters as possible to sign up! Be on the lookout soon for additional details and registration links via email and on our social channels.
TRINITY ANGLICAN STUDENTS VISIT AyE!
Trinity Anglican students just returned from their trip to Amor y Esperanza! During the week, they led chapel services, facilitated games, and taught classes like science and art, giving the AyE teachers a much-deserved break after a full school year.
In the afternoons, Trinity ran an after-school program and helped repaint the school’s exterior walls. We hope you enjoy this peek into their time in Quito!
Later this month, a group of Trinity adults will travel to Quito to host a retreat for the AyE staff. One thing that makes AyE so special is its ability to attract and retain talented educators, despite not being a government-funded school. Our hope is that this retreat offers rest, encouragement, and renewal for the staff.
SENIOR SPOTLIGHT
AyE recently celebrated its senior class, with students sharing powerful testimonies of how God has changed their lives through the school.
