November 2023 Update
Happy November! This month we want to share a little about our goals for the end of the year, as well as take some space to share how incredibly THANKFUL we are for you - the supporters of Love and Hope Foundation/Amor y Esperanza!
It is amazing that we are close to halfway through this school year! Looking at Amor y Esperanza, we count our blessings that the school is at maximum capacity this year after growth in both number of students and teachers. In fact - students had to be turned away! But - this growth creates additional operating expenses. As we approach Christmas and the end of the tax year, many of you consider charitable giving. We pray you will joyfully support Amor y Esperanza this season, and bless the work that is being done there to educate young people in a Christ-centered and safe environment!
For those who have been longtime supporters, you know that only about half of the operating costs of AyE are covered by the tuition paid. The other half comes from LHF through people like you. Our fundraising need through year end is $70K. Please pray about how you can help. You can easily donate one time online, or better yet - become a monthly donor! Monthly donors are greatly appreciated since we know we can rely on that income from month to month.
In December, LHF is hosting several events featuring Pancho and Pitty while they are in the Atlanta area. Please reach out to us if you have not received an invitation and would like some time with Pancho and Pitty! Our goal is to connect many of you parents or AyE alumni with Pancho and Pitty to hear from their hearts about the latest happenings and simply spend a little time together during the Christmas season.
