Happy New Year! This month, we are eager to share a quick recap and results of our Year End Campaign, Nurture Kingdom Growth. In addition, Amor y Esperanza had a first time mission trip visit last week from Eastside Christian School in Marietta! We are excited for you to hear more about how the week went. Once again, December has rolled around and the Christmas season is upon us! As we move through this time of reflection on all the ways God has worked throughout the year, we pray you will include Amor y Esperanza in your year end planning and giving. This December, we invite you to Nurture Kingdom Growth at AyE by helping us raise seven months of support for our beloved school. Thank you for being part of the journey and helping us make a difference in Quito!

As we move into November, we are reminded of the power of gratitude and community. This month, as we reflect on the impact of your support and the positive changes we are creating together, we also unveil our year end goal and share some information on which we have received a number of questions, Donor Advised Funds. Thank you for being part of the journey and helping us make a difference at Amor y Esperanza.

What an exciting September we had! As you likely know, Kilometers for Quito (KM4Q) is our second biggest fundraiser of the year behind December year end giving. This year, our distance goal was the distance from Atlanta to Quito and back again, 8000 kilometers. This was double our 2023 goal! Our financial goal was an aggressive $80,000, also double our 2023 goal.

Happy Independence Day week! As many of you enjoy this holiday with friends and family, we pray you take a little time to read through this newsletter and ask God how you can support Love and Hope Foundation/Amor y Esperanza over the next few months with the upcoming initiatives, described below. In addition, read on to learn more about the Whitefield and Trinity mission teams' experiences in Quito as well as Pancho and Pitty's upcoming visit to Atlanta. Thank you in advance for your support! As you behold the wonder of springtime around you, consider how the Lord is also in bloom in a little corner of the earth called Carmen Bajo. The Lord has built a building where the cornerstone is Christ, and Christ alone. His word goes forth every day to the students there from pre-K through what we would call 13th grade!
